The extremely high degree of-
separation of grease and condensate
is based upon two effects:

1. The particles contained in the exhaust air collide with the half-shells and are separated by the inertia effect. The particles are held by adhesion and diverted downwards to the condensate collecting drain by gravity.

2. Smaller particles are separated and channelled away by diffusion and targeted turbulence in several deflections.

3. Large expansion chamber in the 3rd row of half-shells, in which an additional high level of separation by gravity of even the smallest particles is achieved.

Grease separating levels of up to 98% can be achieved with this filter.
